All quotes and estimates are based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was described, or if the scope of work changes. We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding.

6. Property Access
By scheduling services, you grant Luke’s Landscaping & Tree Service Co permission to access your property for the purpose of completing the agreed work. Please ensure pets are secured and hazards are communicated in advance.
7. Liability
Luke’s Landscaping & Tree Service Co carries appropriate insurance for our work. However, we are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, underground utilities not disclosed by the customer, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems before work begins.
8. Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us within 5 business days of service completion and we will work to address the issue.
9. Website Use
The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of website content and reserve the right to update it at any time. Unauthorized use of our website content is prohibited.
